Millerr Creator Studio uses account and viewing information to provide its website, installed app and connected TV experience. This policy describes those services.
Account information
We store your email or login identifier, display name, account role and status, notification preferences, and membership access status. Passwords are stored as one-way cryptographic records. We use session cookies to keep you signed in.
Viewing and features
We store saved watch progress, watchlist entries, episode access and reward activity to support the features you use. Support messages and creator submissions may include the information or files you choose to provide. Device-local Reward Rush progress remains on that device unless a sync feature is enabled.
Connected TVs
TV pairing links a device session to your Studio account. We store pairing records, the platform name, hashed session and playback credentials, and expiration times. Pairing requests use a hash of the request IP address for abuse prevention. The TV keeps its session credential locally so it can stay linked. Viewing progress can sync with your account. The TV app does not request camera or microphone access.
Payments and service providers
Stripe handles supported payments. Studio stores membership and transaction references needed to grant access, rather than payment-card details. Hosting and storage providers process service requests and stored data to operate the service. Configured email delivery services, including Resend, process recipient addresses and message content when sending account notifications. External video services process requests when you use their embedded players, under their own policies.
Logs and retention
Operational records can include request and error information for service reliability and security. Signing out does not delete your account or saved records. TV pairing codes expire after 10 minutes, TV sessions after 30 days, and playback credentials after one hour. Expiration ends access and does not by itself guarantee deletion of a stored record. Reviewer access expires after 90 days or earlier if revoked.
Your choices and requests
Use My Studio to update available profile and notification settings. Sign out on the TV to unlink its current session. For questions, access or correction requests, or to request account deletion, contact contact@millerrcreatorstudio.com. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request.
